MamaPapa is a Senior Happiness & Wellbeing service offering companionship and escorting, tours, everyday health-care support and coordination, and senior engagement and living. Our companions provide companionship and practical support; they are not medical or nursing professionals, and our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or emergency care.
- Enquiries, consultations and bookings
You can enquire or book a consultation through the website, phone or WhatsApp. A service is confirmed only once we’ve agreed the details with you and, where applicable, received any required payment. We’ll do our best to match a suitable companion and accommodate preferences, though specific companions can’t be guaranteed.
- Fees, payments and taxes
Fees for each service will be shared with you before you confirm. Applicable taxes may apply. Payment terms and methods will be set out at the time of booking.

MamaPapa is not an emergency or medical service. In a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services or a medical professional immediately. We take reasonable care in delivering our services but cannot guarantee particular outcomes.
